Process to Apply New Pension application in GWS Website

        Recently Option has been enabled in Gramawardsachivalayam (GWS) Website Login for applying New Pension for the eligible People.

Eligibility Criteria varies depending upon the Type(Category) of Pension.

Before applying Online Verify the details and

Get the application Authenticated(Signature) by  Panchayat Secretary (Senior / Grade > 4) and by MPDO.

Download Pension applications

Please Login to Gramawardsachivalayam Website. 

With  Digital Assistant Credentials.

Search for "New Pension Application"

Enter Benificiary Name, Phone no and Aadhar no 

and click on "SUBMIT"

Then again enter the Aadhar No and Select the type(Category) of Pension.

Select the Secretariat and Habitation

and

Fill all the Basic personal details of the pensioner.

You can modify age but only if you have a correct age proof to attach in this application.

Now the most important Step.

6 Most important Factors which decides the Eligibility of the Person.

Enter the details of

1. Family Income (Monthly)

2. Land Details (If possible get Acknowledgment from VRO)

3. Govt Employee Details (If any)

4. Electricity bill average

5. Property in municipal Area.

        Its better to collect the proofs regarding this 6 columns for the office record and also for the Re-verification (If any).

If you have changed the Date of birth then

Select "Age entered in as  per" and upload the Age Proof Certificate.

Then click on "SUBMIT"

A grievance ID will be generated and the application will be forwarded to WEA login.
