VOLUNTEER WISE PMJAY PENDING LIST

 

There is no direct link to know VOLUNTEER WISE PMJAY PENDING LIST

My idea is to get the Total list and then Map to the Pending list and find out the Volunteer Wise Pending List.

I explained how to download "Village Wise Pending List" please visit this Page  (Click here) and Download "Village Wise Pending List" Excel.

1. Visit this website for downloading total list Volunteer Wise (Click here)

2. Enter Secretariat Code + Cluster Code to download the list 

Note:   క్లస్టర్ కోడ్ అనగా సచివాలయం కోడ్ + వాలంటీర్ క్లస్టర్ నెంబర్
Ex. Sachivalayam Code – 10120345, వాలంటీర్ క్లస్టర్ – 2 అయితే అప్పుడు క్లస్టర్ కోడ్ = 10120345002. క్లస్టర్ – 11 అయితే క్లస్టర్ కోడ్ – 10120345011 అవుతుంది

3. Download all volunteers list and merge them all in one Excel sheet.

(Copy and Paste one cluster after another cluster )

Total Pending List : Cluster 1 to Cluster XX contains only one person from Family with Family ID.

From Village wise Pending List Excel sheet you downloaded we will try to map with the total volunteer list and display cluster number to the Pending cards.

ARRANGE LIKE THIS (EXCEL SHEET 1 AND 2)

VLOOKUP function says: = VLOOKUP(What you want to look up, where you want to look for it, the column number in the range containing the value to return, return an Approximate or Exact match – indicated as 1/TRUE, or 0/FALSE).
