Generally Sachivalayam Consists of 11 Functionaries as per Recruitment, but as the recruitment was not done completely due to Resignation of Employees , Deputations or Sliding from One position to another better position.

In this above cases it is difficult for other designation Staff Functionaries to handle the work.

There are two cases for In-charge allocation

1. Same Designation in another nearby Sachivalayam to be allocated as In-charge

Example:    Welfare Assistant of Another Sachivalayam to Welfare Assistant

2. Another Designation in the same Sachivalayam to be allocated as In-charge

Example:    PS Grade VI as In-charge to Welfare Assistant

*Note: This Process is to map the in-charge Employee so that they can be able to Login in Navasakam Portal*
