Mutation for Transactions (Passbook)

  Recently in AP Seva portal new option was enabled for applying for Passbook. 

 “Mutation And Title Deed Cum Pattadar Passboook” 

Important checklist to check Before applying Passbook.

 

I tried to explain in detail about  "Mutation for Transactions" below.

login to vsws website.

 

search  for  “Mutation And Title Deed Cum Pattadar Passboook”  and select it.

 

 

Firstly enter the details of applicant.
Sometimes Biometric doesn't work, So OTP is best option.

to check whether the Phone number is linked to Aadhar number Click here

 

 

 

 

 

Fill all basic details
Address is very important because the passbook will be delivered by post

 

Select  "Mutation for Transactions" for applying Pattadar Passbook.

 

Click on "Getdetails".
If the person have khata number it will be displayed.

it is best to check and get details with Aadhar Number.

 

Select the district, Mandal village and SRO name
Enter document year and number

 

 

 

Select the Mutation category as per the Document.

 

 based on the document details survey numbers will be displayed.

Select the Survey Number.

If the details are right you will get document and the details of the registration documents

(If details are not displayed check document number or clear cache and cookies of the browser)

Select the donar/seller and select the correct survey number and correct khata number 

 

Extend of the land will be displayed automatically as per registration document.

1.Select "e-Passbook" if the changes are needed only for online. will not receive Passbook.

2. Select "Security Printed Pattadar Passbook"

     Name change will be done in Online (Webland and Meebhoomi) and also will receive Passbook.

 

 

Upload relevant document.
1.the scanned old passbook pdf
2.Application
3.Photo
4.Sign

And click in show payment.
