Recently in AP Seva portal new option was enabled for applying for Passbook.

search for “Mutation And Title Deed Cum Pattadar Passboook” and select it.
Firstly enter the details of applicant.

Fill all basic details

Select "Mutation for Corrections" for applying Pattadar Passbook.
Click on "Getdetails".
Applicants khata number and Survey Numbers will be displayed.
Select the Survey Number in which the changes are required.
17 Options will open once we select the Survey Number.
Depending upon the requirement changes canbe made.
Please check the relevant document and take suggestion from VRO and proceed.
